Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Tritiq B2B Lead Extractor Pro Chrome Extension (the “Extension”) provided by Tritiq.

1. Single purpose

The Extension has one purpose: to help a signed-in user collect and enrich publicly available B2B business contact information for lead-generation campaigns, and to export or sync those leads.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and authentication session, used to sign you in and enforce plan limits.
Public business information: business names, public phone numbers, public email addresses, websites, addresses, ratings and similar information from pages you choose to scan, including Google Maps/SERP and public B2B directories.
Campaign data: the search keywords, locations, notes, tags, scripts and campaign history you create in the Extension.
Technical data: basic error and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not collect passwords, payment card data, private messages, health data, or government identifiers through the Extension.

3. How we use information

To run keyword-matrix searches, extract public business contacts, enrich company profiles, score leads and produce exports.
To authenticate you, sync your campaigns and leads to your account, and enforce usage limits.
To provide support, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or eligibility for housing, employment, insurance or government benefits.

4. Storage and sync

Scraped leads and campaign state are stored in your Chrome extension storage. If you are signed in, selected campaign and lead data may also be synced to Tritiq’s Supabase-hosted database so you can access it from the web dashboard. You can clear local data by removing the Extension or clearing its storage, and you can request deletion of synced account data by contacting us.

5. Sharing with service providers

We share only what is necessary with infrastructure providers that help run the Extension:

Supabase: authentication, database and file storage.
OpenAI / configured AI provider: search keywords and company context used to generate target matrices, scores or draft scripts. Scraped contact lists are not sent to the AI provider solely for model training.
Public enrichment providers: company names or public social/website references may be sent to configured enrichment APIs to retrieve public profile and social information.
Hosting and error monitoring: our backend at backend.leads.tritiq.in and related infrastructure.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising.

6. Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure

        The Extension’s use of information received from Chrome and Google services adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use or transfer this data for personalized advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, support, or with your explicit consent.
    

7. Retention and deletion

Local extension data remains until you clear it or uninstall the Extension. Synced campaign and lead data remains in your account until you delete it or request deletion. To request deletion, email support@tritiq.in with the subject “Data deletion request”.

8. Security

We use HTTPS for backend traffic, encrypted authentication sessions, and access controls on stored data. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to the contact address below.

9. Children

The Extension is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
